Inside Circulo Verde Ortigas New Townhouse opens

February 22, 2011
Ortigas & Co. recently introduced another residential project within their flagship development, Circulo Verde.
Circulo Verde Garden Homes is a townhouse community of 62 units with pedestrian-friendly central green pathways, community pool, playgrounds, and access to Circulo Verde’s town center that will have retail shops and restaurants.

“Ortigas has experience in both vertical and horizontal developments, and Garden Homes is not our first townhouse development. In 2005, we constructed Luntala Valle Verde — a low-density community located inside Valle Verde 6-A, which was received well and sold out only after less than a year after launch,” said Joey Santos, deputy COO and general manager of the real estate division.

Priced at P9 million to P14 million, a typical unit has a floor area of 138 to 191 sqm, front entry and back access that is connected to the utility area and a two-car garage. Each unit has a built-in cabinetry, master bedroom and bath, kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as balconies for every floor. A four-level unit will have two secondary bedrooms, a family hall, and a potential fourth bedroom; three-level units, on the other hand, will have two secondary bedrooms and three toilet and baths.

Residents can also enjoy the open space of Circulo Verde for various forms of sports and recreational activities with 70 percent of the development’s land area dedicated to greens. It offers the convenience of being in proximity to major business districts and key access roads such as C-5, Katipunan, and Marcos Highway. Turnover is scheduled in 2012.

Located in a 12-hectare property along Calle Industria in Bagumbayan, QC, Circulo Verde will have 15 residential buildings of staggered heights that will give residents unparalleled views of the nearby Sierra Madre mountains and the Metro Manila skyline.

The first phase of development covers five residential buildings on a 2.7-hectare area. Foundations of the first two towers, Majorca and Ibiza, are already finished and currently undergoing structural works. Majorca Residences is now sold out and only a few units are left in Ibiza Tower.

Following the two towers is Seville Residences, which was launched May 2010.

Ortigas has installed various features within the development such as a river protection system to ensure that residents could live safe and worry free.

Its back-up pump system has one-way pipe valves to prevent backflow so excess water will automatically be released to proper outfall via automated floodgates.
