Century Properties marked its first event for its 25th anniversary celebration in 2011 with a topping ceremony for The Gramercy Residences – considered the tallest building in the Philippines.
The event celebrated the completion of the building’s topmost floor, which stands more than 70 stories. With concreting works already complete, the construction team is now finishing the installation of electrical and sanitary pipelines for all the floors.
Exterior painting works for the building’s east elevation is currently underway, as well as interior paintings and the installation of balcony railings for all units.
“We are proud to commemorate this milestone as we celebrate our 25th year in the real estate industry,” said John Victor R. Antonio, COO of Century Properties. “This occasion is a testament of our commitment of delivering our projects on schedule and in the best quality to our clients. Together with the future residents of Gramercy, we anticipate the project’s completion and turnover in the year 2012.”
Antonio led the top officials and special guests of the event which was also graced by company chairman Jose E.B. Antonio; managing directors Marco and Robbie R. Antonio; EVP for Planning Carlo R. Antonio; directors Rafael G. Yaptinchay and Ricardo P. Cuerva; Chut Cuerva and Arch. Roland Rodas of Century Project Management and Construction Corp.; head of Vertical Projects Raul Alvarez; and Century Properties independent director Washington Z. SyCip. Architects Roger and Roy Villarosa, the local architects of Gramercy, also attended the ceremony.
