Escalades at 20th Avenue
Crawling traffic, busy sidewalks, the smell of gasoline and the frenetic pace of commuters hurrying to catch the bus — these are scenes one gets accustomed to when living in the metropolis.

The urban dweller, though, looks for a spot of breathing space to come home to. This is what Robinsons Land Corporation aims to offer with Escalades at 20th Avenue, a project designed to be one’s escape from the hectic pace of the city, while living in the middle of the city.

Located on 20th Avenue in Cubao, Quezon City, this residential complex is in the midst of a lifestyle and commercial hub. It’s the ideal haven for shopaholics and foodies, as the area is next to retail shops, supermarkets and dining outlets. It is also the place to be for one who prefers to relax with a concert or sporting event at the Araneta Center.

The property is a stone’s throw from Aurora Boulevard, the main artery from Cubao to Manila, as well as to Diliman and Marikina. From there one can take the jeep or the LRT.

Composed of six towers clustered around a central courtyard, Escalades at 20th Ave. is a mesh of residential buildings and wide open spaces that allows homeowners to relax. The main road, which measures more than 80 meters down the centerline to Tower 2, creates a buffer that keeps away the noise of city traffic.

Each building boasts a lobby and two central elevators, as well as closed circuit cameras to maintain a tight watch on security. All six towers open up to the central courtyard, landscaped to simulate a park, where residents can sit and unwind at the end of a long day.

Listed under the Robinsons Communities brand, the property offers cuts of studio (22 sqm), one-bedroom (32 sqm) and two-bedroom (49 sqm) configurations, ranging in price from P1.3 million to P3 million. Two-bedroom units also come with balconies and a view of the city
