Eastwood City showcases new Art Deco masterpiece

February 14, 2011

Eastwood City has an artwork – a stylish building named Eastwood LeGrand Tower 3. This is the new Art Deco masterpiece in this satellite city’s Palm District. Its two L-shaped towers, named after Impressionist painters Renoir and Monet, in shimmering blue glass, will surely make it a coveted residential condominium address.

“The Art Deco movement made the New York City skyline striking. By the same token, Art Deco is now shaping our city’s new Palm District, and it continues at Eastwood LeGrand 3. Once you have a home here, you’ll surely be more popular among your family and friends,” said Eastwood City Property Holdings Inc. FVP for marketing and project head John Natividad.

Residing in this building puts you at the center of the Live-Work-Play-Shop lifestyle on offer 24/7 at Eastwood City. Next door are topnotch technology-based offices at Eastwood City Cyberpark, while down the street are the shopping and dining delights at the new Eastwood Mall.

Play amenities are aplenty in this deluxe residence. The grand lobby, with its impressive paintings and sculptural artworks, welcomes you home in style every night. Take an elevator ride to the sixth-level play deck and be amazed at the varied recreational amenities on offer.

Improve your lap time at the swimming pool. Practice for your upcoming race at the jogging path and then round out your exercise with a stint at the gym. Then, relax your muscles with a trip to the massage room.

As for your business-related activities, its three function rooms make it convenient to get deals closed. And to celebrate events with your family and friends, the culinary station and barbeque pit, or even the entertainment pavilion, are perfect venues for hosting.

“Of course, your life’s milestones can also be celebrated at any of the happening places within Eastwood City. You can live it up in style here every day,” Natividad said.

And live it up surely you will at Eastwood LeGrand 3, with a choice of executive studio and one-bedroom flats from the 7th to 22nd floors. These units provide convenience in one compact layout. Or choose the one- and two-bedroom loft units on the upper floors. These units’ double height ceilings provide fabulous views of Eastwood City from dusk onwards.

The Art Deco-inspired Eastwood LeGrand 3 is another project of Megaworld Corporation, one of the country’s top developers of residential condominiums. The showroom is along Eastwood City’s Orchard Road.
